Sessions are available in-person (select areas) or virtually across South Africa.
Step 1: Book a Free Discovery Call
Schedule a free 15–20 minute call to explore your needs, your loved one’s readiness, and the best legacy package for your family. This is done Virtual (Zoom or WhatsApp Video) or if directly with legacy hero in person.
Step 2: Share Background Story & Expectations
Once you've chosen a package or service, we’ll guide you through supplying:

Relevant background about your loved one

Any available photos, memories, or materials

Your desired outcomes (e.g. legacy letter, values shared, family blessing)
Step 3: Leave the Rest to Us
We’ll handle the coordination and care:

Engage directly with the facility, home, or private residence

Set up sessions with our trained facilitators

Begin the gentle process of capturing your loved one’s legacy
